EJ (Pushing Together) is a simplified participation platform that uses artificial intelligence techniques to group participants according to their opinions. The grouping is done through personas, which makes it possible to discover new nuances and groups that would otherwise be incomprehensible. Based on the results of a survey, the EJ is able to collect perceptions, be a listening tool and understand what the public thinks about a particular subject, thus reinforcing its participation and communication strategy.
