Abre Mayoralties is a training instance that seeks to train and engage local governments around participatory, open and innovative management, where the use of technological tools and agile methodologies will allow opening the mayoralties to citizens for the co-creation of public policies local.We seek, by 2021, to create a network of Latin American cities that develop public policies that put citizens at the center of decision-making, and that promote more open, transparent and participatory governments.
