An open source Policy Toolkit for cities to develop digital policies that put citizens at the center, tackle Sustainable Development Goals and make Governments more open, transparent, and collaborative.
The programme promotes a people-centered digital society that puts the needs of citizens and their digital rights first.
Though this programme we aim to leverage the power of data and digital tech to solve major urban challengers: affordable housing, the ecological transition, the fight against climate change, sustainable mobility, and a more participatory democracy.
