The mission of the Pluralisme company is to strengthen democracy in France and to fight against the spread of alternative facts. In particular, it allows us to monitor in real time the speaking times of political figures and to constitute the first database of speeches by influential figures in France. To do this, we automatically analyze the feeds of 70 TV & radio media and follow 1,400 political figures using our AI algorithms. This monitoring is intended to cover all media (television, radio and Internet - video and written -) and to extend to all influential figures. The goal is to apply to this analysis the decryption, automatic classification and artificial intelligence technologies that the Lexbase Group has developed with its historical partner in artificial intelligence, Magic Lemp. Thus, a series of algorithms (facial recognition, lip recognition, voice recognition, speech to text, NLP/NLU semantic analysis, etc.) now makes it possible to create the first database of political speeches fed in near real time. Via the website www.Pluralisme.fr , we offer a first specialized service for monitoring speaking times and speeches of political figures, accessible to professionals (media, journalists, political parties, etc.) and citizens. This is a decryption tool that will transcribe on a daily basis the speaking times and quotes (in writing and audio) of the different candidates / supporters in television media subject to pluralism. This approach is very valuable, at a time when the explosion of communication channels consecrates the superiority of opinion over fact, and where "the sharing of truth and falsehood becomes insignificant compared to the effectiveness of making believe".
