Digital Inclusion Points (PIDs) are physical spaces that allow for greater access to justice and optimize the provision of judicial services in locations without physical units of the Judiciary. PIDs are being implemented by the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais, Brazil, to be used by any citizen who needs to access one of the services available for pre-trial and trial proceedings, such as videoconference testimony, issuance of certificates, digital certification, access to court portals and virtual service desks, among others.
