The Open Source Ecosystem Enabler (OSEE) project seeks to empower local and regional public and private actors to effectively adopt open source technologies for delivering digital government services. By doing so, OSEE aims to help countries strengthen their digital ecosystems, becoming active contributors to and users of DPGs (digital public goods).
