Our community-sourced, volunteer-curated library is a growing collection of the many resources available to New Yorkers. Mutual Aid NYC is committed to building a comprehensive list of high-quality resources.
It started alongside the broader Mutual Aid NYC project in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a directory of social services useful to local mutual aid groups. It is build following the Open Referral Human Services Data Standard (HSDS) and uses the ORServices open source resource directory software as a front-end and Airtable as a backend.
