The Integrity Program is a set of policies, actions, tools, and good governance practices developed by the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Its purpose is to keep the institution in compliance with the law, ethical conduct, and the constant improvement of its activities, in order to uphold and prioritize the public interest over private interests. To this end, a series of measures were instituted to ensure compliance with the Anti-Corruption Law, including the creation of internal policies, the implementation of the Integrity Program, and the promotion of an organizational culture of transparency and ethics, with the aim of preventing, detecting, and punishing acts of corruption, in addition to promoting integrity within the institution.
