Humanitarian Knowledge Base

This is version 2.0 a HBK (Humanitarian Knowledge Base). It was first created by Devin to merge Willow, Brent and Devin's independent knowledge bases together. It has since been massaged into a product that can support the integration of additional knowledge resources.

Version 2.0 has slightly different table names and some accessibility tweaks. It was forked so that deeper edits could be made.
