The erosion of third spaces, commute-oriented urban design, our reliance on digital interaction, and many other factors have made it normal not to know the people we live next to. This lack of spontaneous local connection often leaves people struggling with loneliness and feeling disconnected from their communities.

Hey There, Neighbor is a social technology designed to make it easy to meet our neighbors in a low-pressure setting (a short 10-minute chat, whenever both neighbors are available).

This is an early stage project so people can help by testing it our in their neighborhoods/communities and sharing feedback!
