Forum Jurisprudence – Forum Bundesgericht (Switzerland) and Forum Bundesgerichtshof (Germany) Claimed
„Forum Bundesgerichtshof“ ist eine private, politisch und konfessionell unabhängige Webseite, die es interessierten Bürgerinnen und Bürgern ermöglicht, alle Urteile des deutschen Bundesgerichtshofs öffentlich zu analysieren, zu kommentieren und darüber zu debattieren.
The platforms allow to analyze, comment on and discuss each individual judgement of the hight courts – Forum Bundesgericht for the Swiss Federal Court and Forum Bundesgerichtshof for the German Federal Court.
The websites are aiming at a large audience – i.e. same as the high courts publishing their judgements online, both legal experts and ordinary citizen are welcome to contribute.
The Swiss site is online since February 2020. The German site is online since October 2020.
