Digital Government Assessment Programme
This project aims to conduct a comprehensive study of the relevant and available literature and present research findings that will assist the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in enhancing the online presence of key government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The project seeks to improve the usability and user-friendliness of digital service offerings, thereby contributing to the Vision 2030 initiative to transform the public sector to deliver world-class services online. Through continuous assessment and alignment with the United Nations e-Government Development Index, the project aspires to support KSA in achieving higher standards of accessibility, effectiveness, and quality in public service delivery.
