The portal is designed not only for IT specialists who want to create projects using open-source code but also for residents who want to make important personal life decisions based on sound statistical data. Users on the portal can find information about: • Different system APIs; • Statistical data (e.g., queues for kindergartens [link], or queues for family doctors [link]); • Tools used in system development; • Projects created by Vilnius city's IT community; • Periodically updated open data; • Municipality finances and settlements with suppliers. The system was developed using internal resources of the Innovation and Technology Group (Vilnius City Municipality Administration).
